PHP is a programming language designed for web development and MySQL is open source database management system. WordPress provide many features including CSS Modification. You have to spend over $3250 per month for hosting to get the full power of its service. WOW?! Put it bluntly, WordPress is way more integrated than Blogger. Quality comes with price #remember. I tried to use WordPress once or twice before, but I am back to Blogger. In wordpress, both wordpress.org and wordpress.com are owned by same owner. The only thing is wordpress.org is the official site of company while your website will be named under wordpress.com.
